Affordable Housing & Housing Stability

Planting Roots. Building Futures.

Truly Making A Difference is expanding our commitment to sustainable Houston communities through affordable housing and homeownership.

“A home is more than four walls. It's where a family puts down roots, where children grow, and where generations begin building something of their own.”

Our Housing Mission

Building More Than Houses

Truly Making A Difference (Truly MAD) believes that affordable housing is about more than constructing houses—it is about creating stability, strengthening families, investing in neighborhoods, and providing opportunities for families to build a better future.

Our affordable housing mission is to provide, develop, rehabilitate, preserve, support, and facilitate decent housing that is affordable to low- and moderate-income individuals and families throughout the Houston community.

Through responsible development, meaningful community engagement, homebuyer education, and strategic partnerships, Truly MAD seeks to create sustainable pathways to homeownership for Houston families.

We believe affordable housing should never mean lesser quality. The homes we develop will emphasize attractive design, durability, safety, functionality, and long-term value so that families can be proud of the place they call home.
